Our success is a result of our community-focused approach, collective entrepreneurial spirit, and driven team that strives for excellence and innovation. The result is a dynamic environment that encourages creativity and offers growth and advancement opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking to hire a skilled Marketing Manager in our New York City corporate office who is a strategic, inventive, and analytical portfolio marketing leader. The right candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience; deep knowledge of the real estate industry; and familiarity with digital platforms and analytics tools, managing campaigns and budgets, and crafting compelling content for a variety of audiences. The Marketing Manager will partner with the Marketing Director and team to guide Domain’s campaigns and initiatives and work from our beautiful custom workspace in the Financial District in New York City.

Who you are:

You’re ready for a senior marketing role that allows you to implement winning apartment marketing strategies; create engaging content that speaks to residents, prospects, and partners; and refine our approach based on data and analysis. You want a supportive environment that allows you to flex both your creative and analytical muscles to generate innovative ideas and measure their impact. You’re looking for an opportunity to think creatively, study what is (or isn’t) working, and feel empowered to make strategic adjustments.

  • With your existing knowledge on multi-channel marketing campaigns, determine which levers to pull to ensure campaign efficiency and qualified lead generation.
  • Use metrics like conversion ratio, cost per lead, cost per lease, page views, time on site, and CPC to tell a story about our tactics and related performance.
  • Evolve reporting that connects all of the dots – agency data, GA, CRM, and more.
  • Collaborate with third party advertising partners to execute successful leasing campaigns.
  • Help manage and create content for a wide range of audiences that captures leads for our properties, builds our internal brand, and furthers our community development initiatives. This includes social media visual content and onsite marketing collateral.
  • Lead the retention marketing strategy and work collaboratively with onsite team members to feature partnerships that drive value to residents, launch engaging resident events, and deploy resident communication that showcases the benefits of living at a Domain community.
  • Work with leadership to provide property marketing budget recommendations and support for Domain’s communities.
  • Offer support for additional projects and tasks as required.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
